What's NOT in this pack
- Legal advice. These are templates. For unusual circumstances (complicated guarantors, company lets, HMO licensing), a solicitor is worth the fee.
- The official GOV.UK Information Sheet. It's a government-prescribed document you must download fresh for each tenancy; the pack includes the covering letter for serving it and tells you where to get it.
- Wales and Scotland. Both run separate regimes; this pack is for England.

If you only want the original 5 documents, the £9 pack is still available.
Is the official government Information Sheet included? ▾
No, deliberately. The information sheet is a government-prescribed document that must be downloaded fresh from GOV.UK for each tenancy, because the government can update it. The pack includes the covering letter for serving it correctly and tells you exactly where to get it.
What format are the documents? ▾

Are these legally compliant? ▾
